Terms of Service for TX Plumbing Company

By accessing txplumbingcompany.com or scheduling plumbing services with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Plumbing Service Appointments

Estimates: Any cost estimate provided over the phone or via our online estimator is a preliminary assessment. A final, binding price quote will be provided in writing by our licensed plumber after an on-site physical inspection.
Access: You must provide our technicians with safe access to the property and plumbing fixtures. An adult (18+) must be present during the service visit.
Permits: We will pull all required municipal plumbing permits and coordinate code inspections. The client agrees to cooperate with inspection scheduling as required.

2. Billing and Payment Terms

Payment Due: Payment for residential services is due in full upon completion of the work, unless prior written arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options.
Commercial Terms: Approved commercial clients may be set up on net-30 payment terms, subject to credit approval.
Emergency Fees: Standard dispatch fees may apply for late-night, weekend, or holiday emergency calls. These will be disclosed upfront by our dispatch team.

3. Warranties and Liability Limits

Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed fixtures, water heaters, and appliances (e.g., Rheem, Rinnai, PEX piping).
Liability Limit: TX Plumbing Company is not liable for pre-existing code violations, structural concrete failures, or secondary water damage that occurred prior to our arrival or as a result of pre-existing piping decay.
Texas Regulation: Our services are performed in compliance with TSBPE standards under license Texas Master Plumber License #M-38291.
